Ben Affolter, owner and lead, grew up in Bellingham. He built his first house in 2006, in Sudden Valley. Having worked on his own homes over the years, he knows how important it is to do the job right. He brings that same level of care and attention to every job and customer.

Today Ben is joined by his wife, Gina, who supports design and business operations. A professional crew and pool of subcontractors round out the team.
